Gray brings 28 years of healthcare finance leadership experience, with expertise in financial strategy, revenue cycle performance, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial operations across complex healthcare organizations.

As CFO, Gray will provide financial leadership to support Nobis' continued growth and operational performance. She will focus on aligning financial strategy with clinical and operational priorities while supporting sustainable growth across the organization.
